SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Please read our policies prior to purchasing from this website.

We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses. All of the products we sell, are shipped directly from the warehouses of our distributors or manufacturers. Some of our distributors ship within Canada or Continental US, while others, ship to the Montreal and Laval areas. All customs or import duties are not included in the shipping charges. Import duties and shipping charges are paid by the customer.

We only accept orders from within Canada and Continental US. We accept PayPal, provided that your PayPal account has a confirmed shipping address. Refunds are made through our PayPal account.

All sales are final. We only accept returns on items with manufacturing defects only.

Upon reception, all bicycles should be opened and examined immediately, to insure that no damage has occurred during shipping and that no parts are missing. You must report any kind of damage or missing parts within 10 days of delivery. We, in turn will contact our suppliers so that they will ship the appropriate part(s) to you. The original part must be returned before the new part can be sent.

Bicycle components that have become loose such as, bicycle cables, mirrors, reflectors, bolts, screws, etc. will be adjusted by the customer.

Shipping costs are not refundable. It's the customer that is responsible for shipping the product back to us. The item must be returned to the same address at customer's expense, in new condition and in it's original packaging.

We will inform you of any products that differ from their descriptions so that you can you can make the final decision to proceed with your order or not.

Once an order is shipped, it is considered your property and may not be canceled or changed. Should you refuse to accept the order, you will be charged for ALL shipping fees incurred by us including the cost of re-shipping the item back to us.

For cancellation(s) of an item that already has been shipped to you, the shipping costs and any other fees are not refundable. The box should not be opened in order to qualify.

Before proceeding with a return or if you have any questions or problems with an order, please call at 514-270-7628 or e-mail us so we can try to resolve your problem quickly.

The warranty period for our electric bicycles varies from distributor to distributor. The warranty period is usually between 6 months to 1 year. Same applies for batteries, battery chargers and other components.

If a product is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge providing that the defective part is returned. This warranty does NOT cover any product that has been damaged as a result of misuse, neglect, unauthorized service, or has been used in any way contrary to the operating instructions as specified in the owner's manual for this product.

The following parts are not covered by the warranty:

  • Tires and tubes
  • Brake parts
  • All cables
  • Bulbs
  • Kick-stands
  • Seats
  • Hand grips
  • Body panels
  • Mirrors
  • etc...
